But conditions have changed and a sprinkling system has been installed for the greens and for landscaping. The course is beautiful and challenging. A drive to Windsor on the new route 2 from the Hills District is straightforward and usually trouble-free. The club is a membership club but guests are always welcomed. Check the Windsor Country Golf Club Website for fees. The Bistro – a large and naturally lit room – serves lunch Tuesday through Sunday and dinner Wednesday, Friday and Sunday evenings. The menu is typically bistro-style – hamburgers, steak sandwiches and chips, hearty fare for hungry golfers.
